WHAT READERS SAY

  • What I love about TJ's writing is his juxtaposition of beautiful lines and descriptions even among the chaotic energy of the storyline and the characters. He has crafted a fast-paced story that still has a lot of depth and humanity. He is not afraid to make his characters vulnerable and give them challenges.

  • Within the first few pages, TJ establishes tremendous stakes for the story and his characters, introducing deep-questions: “What are my family sins? What is my own consciousness? How can I reconcile who I am and who I want to be with my family’s past?
